This Practice is open to individuals who want a private and confidential service. It is also available to organisations that may wish to commission the service for staff members, for example, through Human Resources or Occupation Health Departments.

Janus has developed a private practice that offers help to those who are experiencing difficulty with their substance misuse and those who might be affected by someone else’s substance use. Janus offers tailor made brief interventions that focus primarily on the substance use, and will provide onward referral for other issues that may arise according to the client’s choice. The Practice is also available to General Practitioners for direct referral.

Janus employs qualified professionals from a variety of backgrounds all with significant experience of working in this field. All practitioners will use ‘The Resonance Factor’ as their point of reference. This model has been developed by Janus, and is unique in that it keeps the focus on the substance use. The Resonance Factor enables the client to explore their relationship to their substance of choice and find a way forward based on their increased awareness towards making informed decisions.
