Janus Aftercare Programme is for service users who have been abstinent for at least 3 months and who are focussed on further personal development.
The programme offers a variety of interventions to develop stronger relationships, manage difficult situations and support re-integration with family and community.
Clients often struggle when they have completed a 12 week programme of total abstinence particularly if returning to a familiar using area or accessing services that are not abstinent, and with which they might have been familiar in the past. We therefore encourage engagement in the Aftercare Programme as clients are provided with a drug free environment and drug free peers. This allows the transition to be supported in a safe environment with a bespoke package that can include a combination of groups and therapies up to 7 days a week if required.
